Access roads especially with flood control infrastructure is a huge relief for any people and community. It makes socio-economic activities easier and boosts the earning power of a people especially as it facilitates farm to market transactions.

Kumo, the headquarters of Akko Local government area in Gombe state is one of the largest towns of the traditional Gombe emirate and is said to be a collection point for peanuts and other cash crops. It is located at the North eastern part of Nigeria.

In November 2018 when we visited water project sites with our cameras, Bauchi state was one of the states we visited having begun building and constructing a formidable facility for water supply earlier.
